Experience and Expertise
I became a therapist to help others navigate their challenges, drawing from my own journey of overcoming trauma, and that’s why I understand the profound impact it can have on one’s identity and the amazing opportunity it can be for personal growth. After a long standing career as a professional CBT psychotherapist and Educational leader, I dedicated significant time and effort to my own healing and growth and I chose to mainly dedicate myself on helping others create lasting change in their lives.
Since then, I’ve gained experience in various settings, including hospitals, university, research centres, treatment centres, schools and private practice. These experiences have prepared me to launch The Journey Centre, an initiative dedicated to healing individual, systemic, and collective trauma.
